What data we collect
When you order online we collect: your name, phone number, pickup time and any notes you write (e.g. allergies or modifications). This data is used solely to prepare and hand you your order.
Payment is processed directly by Clover (our payment processor). Your card number never touches our servers and we never store it.
Site color preferences are stored only in your browser (localStorage) and are never sent to any server.
How we use your data
Only to process your order and contact you if there is a problem with it. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Your order data is stored in Clover, subject to their privacy policy (clover.com/privacy-policy).
Your rights
You can ask us to view, correct or delete your data by writing to cafeolivopr@gmail.com or calling 787-676-4000.
Terms of service
Online orders are for pickup at our store during business hours (Mon–Fri 7:30am–4:30pm, Sat 8:00am–3:00pm).
Prices are in US dollars and may vary by day and season. If we cannot prepare your order we will contact you to refund or substitute.
If you have food allergies, note them in your order and confirm at pickup. Our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, eggs and nuts.
